Well located close to the Mall Road, except that roadworks make it tricky to reach (Sept. '26). The host Shivansh is on top of things 24/7, there to help (mostly via WhatsApp) with bookings or directing taxi drivers. A comfortable spacious room with en suite is well complemented by friendly, courteous staff.
Breakfast was simple but good. An English translation/explanation of the (delicious) Indian dishes would probably be useful to some travellers.

Made to feel very welcome. Beautiful garden and charming house. Nice to have tea and coffee making.

Very unique setting in an old House with a beautiful garden. Only 3 rooms and nice guests.
Everything was fine and the host was very welcoming. The food was a bit basic and also cold, when we got it.

The location is simply breath taking. Located very near to the Mall, yet sufficiently away from the crowd and traffic. The building is a piece of history in itself, being 125 years old. The staff is so co-operative, polite and accommodating. The food prepared by the chef is delicious and we only had food prepared in-house. Sending love to the chef! Overall, I can confidently say I wouldn't take a 5 star luxury hotel in place of the Edgeworth. Loved the hospitality!
