Location was great! Loved washer and dryer

The ease of check in, the quick communications with the host when I had 'out of the box' requests to ask about. The property is very tidy and has all the amenities you could ask for. The garden space was a welcome retreat for me and my pack and Andy was very accommodating when I needed to amend my booking to accommodate for additional members. It was located a quick walk from local shops and the high street, as well as the station - so all needs could be met efficiently when needed. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again !!!

As we stayed for a very long period of time, the only thing I missed was a washing up rack - but as mentioned prior we stayed for over a month - so not something someone may miss on a holiday break away (had to provide a 'dont like' and I couldent think of anything further) :)

Clean with plenty of hot water. Good quality towels.

We loved everything about our stay at "Comfortable Billericay Home" It truly was comfortable and the host was fantastic to work with before and during our stay. Super responsive to my many questions and was super nice when we had a special request or two. Very responsive during our stay as well when we had questions. The location was great. located on a very quiet street but only 2 blocks off a main road. Super easy walk to the Co-Op grocery store / Boots Pharmacy and several restaurants. There are parks everywhere! There is a bus stop nearby (for those of us who drive on the wrong side of the road this was a good thing!) You can even walk to the train station (it's a bit of a long walk but totally doable and you pass lots of parks and interesting places and wander down interesting pathways so a nice walk even if you aren't going to catch a train) And just in case anyone else wants to know there are Pokestops/Gyms about 3 blocks away so easy to pop out and play if anyone in your group is a Pokemon Go player. We would 100% stay here again. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your lovely home.
