The apartment is in an excellent location, right in the heart of Batu Ferringhi. The beach behind the apartment is the main attraction and remains a lively spot for visitors, although the repeated activities there may feel a little less exciting for returning guests. Another major advantage is the variety of food options located directly in front of the apartment. Guests can easily enjoy a wide selection ranging from mamak and Thai cuisine to Arabic food, all within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The kitchen utensils provided were excellent, and the extra mattresses, pillows, and blankets allowed up to eight people to stay comfortably. For future guests, I would recommend choosing a beach-view unit rather than a garden-view unit, as some garden-view areas overlook surroundings that are less appealing visually.

The only downside during our stay was that the shower head in our unit was broken. In addition, having only one lift operating per block resulted in longer waiting times, even during the off-season.

Host was very helpful, proactive and ensured we had what we needed for our stay, especially for our young children and for cot request and high chair. Kitchen had good facilities and well stocked for a family stay.

The location and surrounding area were a let down. Masses of traffic getting in and out of the main town, jellyfish and murky sea, trashy beach with very little shade, lots of fireworks late at night, and really not many decent restaurants in the local area, no supermarkets either. The infrastructure is really lacking and it’s a bit sad walking through the streets during the day. So much construction and broken and degraded properties line the main strip. Not ideal for a young family, we took a 2yr old and 4 yr old.

The unit was excellent. Really well kept and clean. Fully fitted so was very comfortable; even kitchen was functional and clean. High recommended for a great holiday.

Big enough for a family of 5. Good parking space. Good swimming pool.

Basic furnishings. Unpleasant odor from toilet sink.
