Nice place but not serious

Comfortable and handy to go to the airport, quite close. Spacious and big apartment.

The staff was nice until they agreed to help us with the taxi to the airport. Although, they compromised the taxi would be on time to take us to the airport, it never arrived and after 20 minutes they called a different taxi. Loss of time, stressful moment and carelessness to get us a taxi on time. All of this while using the translator because they didn’t know any English at all. I highly recommend taking uber.

Nice and enough

When we arrived, parking was easy around the building. Check in was smooth. The wifi is annoying though. We have to keep keying in our details everytime the wifi gets disconnected and it happened multiple times a day. The apartment was very small and it’s a little uncomfortable to move around with our family all there. It’s bearable. Bed is okay. Washing machine works great. Toilet a little stuck and water isn’t draining if splashed outside shower. I have to wipe the floor everyday to prevent stagnant water. Around the apartment have many choice of shops and restaurants so we’re very happy with that. It’s a good place to rest while we spend our day around Erciyes and Kayseri. The only unbearable thing is everytime someone next door uses their washing machine, the sound is so loud in our apartment. It kinda disturb our rest.

Spacious apartment in the city

The location is quite central and only 30 minutes drive to Erciyes if you are going skiing. The apartment is very clean, spacious with full amenities. The washer is a big bonus. The staffs are quite helpful.There are many shops and restaurants around the area.We enjoyed our stay!

Superb location for staycation with family friendly

The location is superb. Near to all attractive places. The facilities also was well maintained and extra bonus they gave machine machine provided. Overall we really enjoy stay here and its feels more like home.

clean and comfy, maybe a little expensive for Kayseri?

comfy bed even the sofa bed, having a washing machine supermarket in front a lot of restaurant near by walking distance to main tourist attraction help of the reception desk for the organization of transport

no place to really dry the clothes, we have use the rooftop but don't know if it will be possible in the future when in full use. smoking in the reception, smells in all the block. no air condition and when you leave the window open you get bitten by mosquitos only basic pan in the kitchen only 2 chair but the apartement si for 4-5 people

Hôtel très bien situé bénéficiant d'un très bon rapport qualité-prix

Séjour d'une semaine début août .Hôtel est très proche à pied (10 min) du centre historique ( citadelle, mosquée, bazar, musées), beaucoup de restaurants ( Sultan Sofrasi top) et de boutiques à proximité . L'accueil est parfait, l'hôtel est très propre . La chambre/appartement est spacieuse, bien équipée ( grand réfrigérateur, micro onde, machine à laver - séchoir à linge sur demande) est très propre .Petit déjeuner complet sur le rooftop avec une belle vue sur le volcan. Seul bémol : pas de climatisation mais un ventilateur.

L'absence de climatisation . Le ventilateur ne remplace pas complétement la climatisation quand il fait très chaud

Отличное расположение отеля - до центральной площади 10 минут пешком. До горнолыжного склона 25 мин на машине. Очень удобная парковка. В номере есть все для комфортного проживания групп и семей из 3-4 человек.

Отличные апарты, второй рад тут останавливаюсь. Все новое в номерах, чисто и просторно. Удобное местоположение, до склона Эржиес 28 минут на машине. Персонал просто замечательный

Единственный минус, что там разрешено в номерах курить и в квартире пахнет сигаретами
