Perfekte Lage am Kanal. Pool in sehr gutem Zustand! Alles sehr sauber.

Direkt neben dem Haus ein Neubau, sehr laut während des Tages. Und drei weitere Neubauten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Dafür eigentlich zu teuer. Eine Frechheit, $32 pro Tag für den Pool Heizer zu verlangen. Auch auf Nachfrage vor der Buchung keine Antwort diesbezüglich. Strom kostet in Port Charlotte nur 11 Cent pro KWh. Also bei 3 Kw Leistung höchstens $3 bis $5 pro Tag. Von November bis Anfang April ist der Heizer unbedingt nötig, aber nicht für $32!!!
