Pearl Place

Served our needs perfectly and a great place to stay. Laid out well and great location for us - the off street parking was a big help. Loved having the kitchen and cooked quite a few meals there surprisingly!! Nicely stocked with cooking utensils and pans/bowls!

The mattress needs an upgrade as it felt like I was going to roll off of the bed all night but a very easy fix. A/c was loud and not great in the living space as 2 fans and the ac unit were needed to make it comfortable. So that might be a point of consideration in warmer months. Would def stay there again! The little patio outside the kitchen is awesome for morning coffee if you put 2 chairs out there! It really was lovely - just a few tweaks to make it perfection!

location and ambiance of the property. easy access for driving or walking to restaurant. having access to washing machine was a nice bonus.

Ten digit door codes are ridiculous Basic kitchen equipment: pot (not huge Dutch oven), cooking oil, coffee maker (not keurig)

Location was great to restaurants and Saturday Market. The house was comfortable, clean and set up nicely. Felt like a newly renovated home created for overnight stays.

The temperature outside made it difficult to keep the house cool. The one bathroom is in the bedroom, which was fine for us but would be hard to share with more people. The check out instructions were not current.
