We enjoyed our stay at Pearl Place, due to the location and comfort.

Location was great to restaurants and Saturday Market. The house was comfortable, clean and set up nicely. Felt like a newly renovated home created for overnight stays.

The temperature outside made it difficult to keep the house cool. The one bathroom is in the bedroom, which was fine for us but would be hard to share with more people. The check out instructions were not current.

The smart key at the front door was a bit glitchy, it did work but I had to retype the code many times for it to go through.

As a whole, the stay was pleasant.

Nice, convenient location and great amenities.

Garbage was left in the trash drawer from previous users. Outside garbage bin had a lock on it. Vacasa was called and we were informed that we would get a phone call. Unfortunately that didn’t happen.
