Zona tranquilla del Trentino Alto Adige dalla quale si raggiungono facilmente le piste da sci.
L'ubicazione è comada al paese di Tonadico e permette delle ottime passeggiate sia in paese che fuori. Inoltre non dista molto da Fiera di Primiero al quale si può arrivare anche a piedi in circa 15 minuti. Fiera di Primiero ha un ottimo supermercato e un caseificio molto fornito. Gli impianti da sci più vicini sono quelli di San Martino a circa 25 minuti, mentre quelli di Passo Rolle distano circa 35 minuti.
La sera dell'arrivo abbiamo segnalato che due fuochi del piano cottura non funzionavano. Sollecitando, la sera del giorno seguente è arrivata la host, ha controllato e ha detto che difficilmente in quei giorni avrebbe trovato una persona per la riparazione. Siamo andati via a fine soggiorno e i fuochi erano ancora rotti. Non hanno dimostrato grande preoccupazione e attenzione nel risolvere il problema. Le padelle inaderenti risultano tutte quasi completamente usurate e sono inutilizzabili.
