Lovely rural location, peaceful and quiet, but not too remote. Everything you needed was in the cottage, like being home from home, Really clean and fresh and tastefully decorated. Cosy and warm with heat pump.

Bathroom felt a bit cramped. No toilet upstairs. Fridge too far from tea making facilities.

Amazing property! Clean, spacious, and amazing location

The location was perfect for us, really quiet, big garden for our dog, off road parking, a really good mix of new modern items, mixed with the charm of the old cottage, host we're excellent, they live next door but never bothered us, answered a question we had about the oven. Good easy to follow instructions, tea coffee washing up liquid washing powder, shampoo all provided, it was really good with some nice walks close by for the dog. 5 to 10 mins by car into hull, 15 to 20 mins too Beverley.

Nothing really everything was provided for.

. The Cottage was cozy and comfortable. The beds were excellent. Everything we needed was there ( although we eat out when we’re on holiday so didn’t cook anything 😊) . Great views back and front . We had some lovely sunny days and sat outside a couple of times in the garden with our coffee on the seats provided which was nice. The Smart TV was excellent and the WiFi was as good as we have at home. Downstairs Loo and separate Bathroom were nice and clean, shower over the bath which was very powerful 😊 We visited Beverley, Hornsea , York , Withernsea and Driffield all an easy drive away.

It was a little remote and we were glad that we arrived in daylight. We soon got used to the Country Lanes which although they are narrow wasn’t a problem as we rarely met a car coming in the opposite direction. Parking in the driveway was excellent.
