Location.

Very poor hotel and service, which didn't match description. Room wasn't clean, incredibly loud music throughout the day which finished late, WiFi didn't work. They also (unsure if intentional) tried to charge me twice for the room. Would not recommend at all, very poor experience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful but wifi never worked.

The hotel is across the street from the ADO station and like 10 minutes walking to the beach. The view it is beautiful in the morning to catch the sunrise.

I did not like that there are too many stairs to get to the 5th floor. It was not too friendly for me because I have an injury and it was very hard to climb up. The wifi never worked.

Near the beach and supermarkets, but do not expect too much

There's a supermarket and a souvenirs fair near the hotel, and many restaurants. It is near the "Principal beach", but be aware that to go is a way down the street, and to go back to hotel, it will become a heavy uphill! The hotel view is really nice, but only from the 3-4 floor (the ones above the second pool). If you are not staying at those rooms, you can go there to take pictures.

Parking lot is really small, and it seems that they also rent spaces to some telephony companies, as I could see many cars with stairs parked there (including at night, when I was back from visiting places, and there's no place to park my own car). This made me to park on the street, so be aware. There are little things in the hotel can bring us attention, like some lack of care; many visible cables, something that is easier and cheaper to fix, and can bring more value to the hotel.

Room 104 - very uncomfortable pillows, lost 30% of my neck mobility in one night - very uncomfortable mattress, put on a block of concrete (!!) - noisy, room just above a street - balcony: no chairs and no railing (!) - generally shabby

I booked this place based on the many positive reviews. But I left disappointed. Room service got my order wrong several times. I had to send back food multiple times. It was disappointing considering this is supposed to be a luxury hotel.

It’s a good stay for an adequate price, don’t expect much comfort if you’re looking for mostly value.

The ocean view, and overall location close to most things around town.

Access to the rooms required a lot of stairs (to heaven), the access to the parking lot was confusing and did not connect with the hotel (required going in & out of the street), and there was quite some smell to pets’ poop & pee. We had a hammock and they took it from the room the 1st morning with no reason and didn’t bring it back.

Superb

Good location with an ocean view. Close to beaches, town and the highway. Clean and well kept. The 2 pools are very nice. It's obviously a family run place. They were very accommodating. They moved rooms for us when we requested it. The first room was very hot and right above a yard filled with roosters. They moved us to a more shaded room farther from the early morning noise. Would definitely stay here, again.

Lots of stairs, no elevator. We booked to best room, and it was very nice, but no microwave to go with the fridge.

the big room, the bed, the pool, the view, the great cleaning every day. The location wasnt exactly in the centre but was near 4 restaurants and short walk to the seafront.

Rooms are spacious and clean. 2 very nice pools. The view was far nice we were on The top level.

No closet. Space or space for ameneties in the bathroom putting my body soap in the shower floor is not an option for me or my cosmetics on top of toilet. Curtains are very thin and sun comes in at 7am no sleeping in. No elevator our room was on top level 4th floor. The stairs are small and carrying our suitcases up and down was a pill. No room service.

Que te recogen identificación oficial al registrarte, que te cobran con días de anticipación, que en el check-out te piden entregar las toallas en administración. Hemos estado en muchos hoteles y ninguno tiene este tipo de políticas.Te hacen sentir como delincuente, si tienen algún tema tienen mi teléfono y la información de mi tarjeta bancaria.

Buena ubicación, mal mantenimiento

Lo mejor del hotel fue la ubicación, el precio y el trato por parte de los trabajadores. Además personalmente me encantó que tuviera dos piscinas comunitarias. El DJ que estaba en la piscina de arriba en la noche ponía buen ambiente.

La limpieza del hotel no era muy buena, olores desagradables. El aire acondicionado de la habitación (número 37) no funcionaba, así que prácticamente estaba en un sauna. El baño muy pequeño aunque funcional.
