Duży i przestronny apartament niemal w centrum Gliwic. W zasięgu spaceru dostępna starówka i duża ilość restauracji. Do mieszkania przynależy miejsce parkingowe, co w centrum Gliwic jest luksusem. Łatwy odbiór kluczy ze skrzynki przy drzwiach.
Czystość i zużycie mebli pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Kuchnia rozpada się w oczach. Problemem jest łazienka, składająca się ze schodów i otwartej kabiny prysznicowej. Z bardzo krótką ścianą. Każda kąpiel kończy się wodą w całym pomieszczeniu.
