La posizione è fantastica per raggiungere le cabinovie soprattutto i campi scuola sci Laghet e Prati di Gaggia. È comodo per 6 persone, 2 adulti e 4 adolescenti, molto pulito e con un buon riscaldamento. Vicino ad un supermercato e a una paninoteca pizzeria per una cena veloce. Ottimo lo spazio per la macchina davanti l'appartamento, noi avevamo un pulmino da 9 posti ed è entrato tranquillamente. Meritano il massimo del voto, se poi volessero rasentare la perfezione suggerisco di far trovare agli ospiti del sapone per le mani nei bagni e del sapone per i piatti ( c'erano 4 pastiglie per la lavastoviglie e la carta igienica nei bagni).

posizione strategica per l'accesso agli impianti di risalita del comprensorio ed anche per il centro del paese.
poco comfort nell'area living, tv in soggiorno cucina piccola e in zona taverna divano piccolo per una famiglia di 4 persone
