Barulho excessivo dos funcionários do prédio logo pela manhã bem cedo, muita conversa na porta do quarto que não possui nenhuma acústica.

Eu enviei mensagem um dia antes solicitando as informações sobre o check in. Ninguém respondeu. Chegando no local, o número de contato disponível no Booking é diferente do apresentado na porta do estabelecimento. Entrei em contato, a atendente foi mal educada, dizendo que eu deveria seguir o tutorial, que não me foi enviado. Somente consegui fazer o check in após esse contato. Nos informes sobre o estabelecimento, é mencionado que são concedidas toalhas. No quarto que ficamos, só tinham toalha de rosto e de piso. Tive que fazer novo contato solicitando toalhas. Forneceram controle para o estacionamento, que fica alguns metros adiante. Porém, ao acionar o portão, havia um carro estacionado logo após a entrada do estacionamento, o que não me permitiu entrar com o carro.
