Perfekte Lage an Strand und Düne, gemütlich für zwei, schöne Weihnachtsdeko. Die oft als steil beschriebene Treppe ist total ok. Parkplatz ist auch direkt dabei.
Es roch die ganze Zeit ein wenig nach Abfluss. Eine der Einflugschneisen des Flughafens schiebt sich am Tag mehrmals über Egmond.

Das Penthouse ist sehr schön eingerichtet und man hat den allerbesten Blick. Selbstverpflegung war kein Problem. Einkaufsmarkt nicht weit entfernt. Küche super ausgestattet. Und ein tolles Restaurant ist auch direkt in der Nähe. Die Lage ist unübertroffen. Besonders der Blick, auf die Dünen und das Meer, von dem Balkon sind einfach wunderschön. Morgens wie Abends.
Wäre gern länger geblieben, aber solch ein Luxus hat berechtigt seinen Preis. Man sollte gut Treppensteigen können, denn ein traumhafter Ausblick erfordert einen kleinen Aufstieg. Man bleibt fit! Leider finden manche Hundebesitzer es nicht schlimm, die Hinterlassenschaften ihrer Vierbeiner auf den Laufwegen liegen zu lassen. Sehr traurig. Die Egmonder sind so freundlich, alles ist und so gepflegt und leider honorieren einige diese Gastfreundschaft nicht.
