The woman called Sarah was very short and rude due to me not been sent the correct PIN code for the key box lock , rather than just give me the code and say oops must be a mistake she was rude and not very professional in her mana tone, so that’s not what I needed after a long journey 👎

It was a home away from home- a quiet country neighbourhood, and everything was as advertised. It is in an excellent location, and I met some charming neighbors. The host was pleasant, professional, and a joy to relate to.
I would definitely stay again!

Amazing cottage , very clean with nice touches upon arrival , communication was first class and we would have no hesitation booking and recommending Moss Cottage again.

The contact with the hosts was very good, they answered my messages quickly.
There is a fish and chip shop very close by and a co-op just down the road.
It was good that you could control the temperature to keep the house warm and cosy.
The house wasn't very clean, the floors were dirty. The house would benefit from a deep clean.
