The breakfast included in the package was quite limited and lacked variety. Additionally, some typical items like manakish are charged extra, which is disappointing given the well-known Lebanese hospitality. Overall, the breakfast service lacks generosity. Moreover, there is no gym available at the property.

Location great. Superb views! Delicous breakfast, remained the same over the days but you can request for a change and they honor the request. Service excellent especially from the valet boys Hammoud, and Alaa. They made sure you were taken care of.

Weddings and parties nearly every night, staying in room 302 was very near to parties and the driveway so it does get a bit noisy. However all parties finished before 11pm. Hot water tap for the bathroom was behind the door, took a while to figure out how to get hot water.

I like the property construction materials, marble, good wooden decorations...the staff were quite polite but not sufficiently trained to face guests demands, the swimming pool was awesome although we didnt have time to swim as the closure time for its use was 7 pm...

I had an unpleasant surprise upon arrival and check-in, when I was informed by the staff that the two-night stay had to be paid in cash. Unfortunately, I did not have enough cash with me, so I had to shorten my stay to just one night. The staff were nevertheless very understanding and kindly accepted this solution. The three-bed room itself was quite spacious, but it was not particularly well equipped for three adults. The wardrobe was very small, with no chair or table to place our belongings and no bench or luggage rack for our suitcases. The curtains were also very thin and offered virtually no blackout, which made the room quite bright in the morning. The bathroom was another area that could be improved. The washbasin was extremely small and cramped, to the point that even washing our hands comfortably was difficult. We also had to ask for additional shampoo, as the initial supply was insufficient for three guests. The Wi-Fi was rather inconvenient as well. The connection/password seemed to reset whenever we left the room, and only certain members of the staff were authorized to re-enter the password, which made reconnecting unnecessarily difficult. Finally, our room overlooked the main entrance, where trucks occasionally arrived to unload supplies. The resulting noise woke us up several times during the night. Overall, the staff were courteous and accommodating, which I appreciated. However, several practical aspects of the room and hotel facilities could be improved to make the stay more comfortable, particularly for three adults sharing a room.
