We stayed at this hotel as a family for two weeks and then extended twice (paying extra taxes and fees each time), so in total, we spent quite a bit here.( Due to some circumstances that were bigger than moving another place). Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. First, the hotel is extremely old and poorly maintained. The sofa was filthy and clearly overused, and the bathroom—while maybe cleaned—looked worn out and unpleasant. Everything felt outdated and dirty, which was shocking because I booked this place expecting the same great experience I had at another branch. Sadly, this location is nothing like that. The biggest issue happened when my little sister accidentally spilt juice on the comforter. They tried to charge 550, which is absolutely unreasonable for something so minor. When I questioned it, they told me to speak with the manager, Rajeev. Honestly, his attitude was the worst part of the stay. He was rude, unprofessional, and even told my sister on the phone that if she didn’t pay, he would deduct the amount from the staff’s salary—completely unacceptable behaviour! After I insisted, he reduced the charge to 350, but even that is insane given the hotel’s poor condition. Overall, the stay was good because of the other staff and spaces of the room(although it'sv v v overused), right people in wrong places, but still I will never return and do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Management, especially Rajeev, needs serious training in communication and customer service. Dear Mr. Rjeeve, Your behaviour during our stay was completely unacceptable for a manager. Threatening to take money from your staff if we didn’t pay is unprofessional and unethical. On top of that, your attitude when I tried to speak to you politely was disrespectful and showed zero sense of customer service. If this is how you handle guests, it reflects very poorly on the hotel. I will make sure to include this in my reviews so others are aware.

Everything was really good. Staff was really polite whenever we needed a help, they helped us. Room was perfectly clean and tidy. Everything was available in the room and the bathroom as well. Apartment was really huge. We felt like more then our expectations.

The Location is the only thing I like about this property and on next trip I will look for other hotel in the same area.

They don’t expect American Express even though I booked the hotel by it. Second the cleanse of the flat was poor and they don’t clean the dishes like every other property.

Carpet is very old , kitchen tools are not enough and the toilet paper was not enough compare to the number of residents . Cleaning is upon request only and they don’t provide anything unless if we ask .

I didn't like everything. The guard keep on knocking the door while we are spending time together with friends. Not allowed to make a noice were infact we are 6 people who booked the 3 rooms there for our friendship bonding. What we will do there? whisper together while talking? And also, the staffs are not accommodating when we are about to go to pool in nxt building. Just like this, like that building. (The instruction wasn't clear) No one go with us so it took us 30mins walking outside to find that building for the pool. Very much disappointing. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. We just had a bad experience instead of enjoying that moment of us. So terrible!
