Room requires maintenance in as much as ac was not working properly. Bath room drainage was defective. Room service requires improvement.
I had booked in advance a superior room for three persons. Initially I was provided a small room with a mattress on floor for third person. However, when pointed out a family room was provided without additional cost. I think this should have been done without request as proper booking had been done in advance.

The staff was friendly and helpful.
They did not give toothbrush and paste. Also, the bedsheet was torn and was stained with dust. Loud music was being played in the hallway in the early morning.
