Big apartment whit Pool jacuzzi terrace

One of my best experiences with Booking. I received great customer service, they were attentive, It didn't lack anything. I will be returning soon.

I like a lot the property

The host sent someone to give us the door code and show us the apartment. The place is spacious and the beds are ok. We only used the place to (try) to sleep at night and we never used the swimming pool or the jacuzzi.

On the day of arrival we were told that the Air Conditioning in the main bedroom was broken, despite the fact that they advertise that all 3 rooms have AC. In order to compensate we asked for a fair discount. Unfortunately we were granted a USD$6 discount per night. I did not have a choice but to accept as we were exhausted from traveling, it was too late to find another place and my mother's eye sight is very limited. This for sure did not cover for the hot nights I had to endure in the main bedroom. BEWARE: Two hours before check out I requested through the Booking.com app for somebody to come and check that the apartment was in order. I received no reply and nobody came. We left the place making sure the door was locked and sent a check out confirmation. Four days later I received a request to pay USD$1,200 making the following false accusation: "you stole the towels and pillow". I am a frequent traveller with Genius Level 3 status in Booking.com, and I can assure you I have never experienced anything like this. I have contacted customer support and escalated the matter to resolve this dispute accordingly.
