Koobamäe saunamaja

We really enjoyed our stay! The place is surrounded by beautiful nature and peaceful farms, yet it’s still close to Elva with its shops and restaurants. Lake Võrtsjärv is only about a 15-minute drive away, which was perfect for a short visit. The grill and sauna were in great condition, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like air conditioning, mosquito nets on the windows, and sprays on the terrace. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay – we had a wonderful time!

Would be nice to have pepper and salt in the kitchen and a mirror in the bathroom (there's one in the common space, though). Property instructions were sent only in Estonian, but that's not an issue.

Staying in this house felt as if you were visiting your very own country retreat for a weekend, where all your needs were readily catered to.

Second floor bedroom with 1.5year old kid was challengeable

The location is superb if you want to escape the city life. Air conditioning was a life saver during hot days. It has everything you would need for a getaway. The sauna is great. There were logs for the grill and sauna. Overall a great place.

It could be a little cleaner, but it's a cabin so you shouldn't judge so harshly as a hotel room.

Käisime kaaslasega Koobamäe saunamajas 31. detsembrist 1. jaanuarini. Kahjuks pidime lahkuma juba kell 6 hommikul, kuna majas oli väga külm, toatemperatuur langes umbes 5 kraadini. Õhksoojuspump jäi seisma ja sooja ei tulnud. Ka saabudes oli maja pigem jahe. Talvehooajal oleks kindlasti olnud vaja küttesüsteemi töökindlust eelnevalt täpsustada, sest me ei osanud oodata, et seal nii külm võib olla.

Positiivsena saab siiski välja tuua, et sauna saime nautida ja see oli väga mõnus. Samuti oli suur pluss grillimisvõimalus, eriti arvestades, et majas puudub pliit. Koht ise on rahulik ja vaikne ning üldiselt meeldiv.
