rooms are clean access is good
1-lack of support as i spent 2 days waiting for their answer regarding shared balcony wasn’t in the deal and to close the shatter that wasn’t working. 2-we asked to change or to get a support to close a shatter and the response was after 2 days. 3-i didn’t have a good stay as there was lack of support and poor coming with them. please pay attention if you are at 1st floor the balcony is shared with another room ( as per them its for their staff ) be careful. thanks
