Die Wohnung war OK. Die Wohnung hatte einen Schimmelgeruch.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Management war ein Alptraum. Nach der Buchung gab es den Versuch extra Geld für Steuern und Gebühren zu verlangen, in Summe musste ich viermal mit Booking telefonieren. Bei Einchecken sollten wir für die dritte gebuchte Person extra für Bettwäsche und Handtücher zahlen. Nach der Reklamation wurde ich vom Customer Relation Manager blockiert. Wir mussten wieder über Booking intervenieren. Das nächste Mal wählen wir eine andere Unterkunft mit anderem Management.
