Localização é perfeita e tem tudo o que precisa para uma ótima estadia, a estrutura do prédio também é ótima

O imóvel é próximo da praia (100m), supermercados e restaurantes. O residencial tem recepcionistas atenciosos, boa piscina, área para leitura (com bons livros) no segundo andar. O apartamento é pequeno, mas bem equipado, o ar condicionado funciona bem. Tem duas TVs quarto e sala. Sr. Luiz responde rápido as dúvidas, disponibilizou água mineral para nossa estadia.
O espaço do banho é muito pequeno, o colchão poderia ser melhor, senti falta de local para lavar roupas de praia.

O Flat é perfeito,completo e confortável.
Não teve nada que eu não gostei no flat,mas o cheiro de cigarro que vinha de outros apt me incomodou um pouco,algumas vezes deixei de estar na varanda por conta do cheiro forte.
