LES CHALET Kranjska Gora I

The chalet is reasonably well located and was built or renovated recently. Everything is in good condition.

We expected to have the chalet to ourselves, but it turned out to be divided into two seperate 'apartments'. Maybe we could have guessed, as there are two offers on booking, but you only find out when you dig a little deeper. Not suggesting anything, but this should be displayed a little more obviously. There is on unit on the ground floor, and a duplex upstairs. We were on the ground floor. For the context: we were 4 big guys on a motorcycle trip carrying a lot of gear, and for our party the place is VERY cramped. The bedrooms are small, you cannot move in there when you are 2 people. The combined living space / kitchen is also very narrow. The stove might be nice in winter, but in summer it is only eating up space. We didnt use the kitchen, it seemed to be equipped with the bare minimum. The couch is very uncomfortable. The bathroom is very tight. A shower cabin would do, why put a tub in there taking up all the space? And these lights you get tangled up in when you try to shower standing.... very bizarre. The value for money would have been great for the entire place. Like this, not si much, but still OK. For a family with two young children the place might be ok. We wouldn't recommend it to the next biker group though.

This is a very cosy log cabin in the centre of Kranjska Gora. Recently built, very fresh and extremely eco-efficient. Boris was a great host who met us on the arrival and offered a late check-out himself, which was highly appreciated. A great stay.

It’s absolutely beautiful chalet with everything you need. Peaceful location yet close to the center. Very accessible host to help you out with all.
