The facilities are almost perfect. Besides the common facilities, you also get an iron and washing machine. The location is right around the city center so it was easy to commute. Yet you still get the comfort of peace because it's not exactly at the side of a road which can be noisy at times. It's like a little nook with lots of trees. And when you're lucky, the sound of nature (trickling water and frogs 😁 in the pond) will be welcoming you. Lovely ambience!
Well it's not that I didn't like it. Just there are ants running around here and there. It's understandable though with lots of trees in the property.

Very friendly host. Very helpful. Very considerate.
Could be cleaner. Especially the bathroom. The mattress was a spring mattress and uncomfortable.
