L’emplacement est idéal. Un parking se trouve à proximité. La chambre était simple mais jolie.
Le matelas est un peu dur mais correct. L’isolation sonore entre les chambres n’est pas très bonne; on entend les portes, les douches, etc.

L’isolation phonique des chambres est particulièrement médiocre par rapport aux chambres voisines.
On entend les gens parler, tousser, se doucher…

The balcony and view. Very close to the chateau de thorens where we attended a wedding so was easy to get to by foot

It's a fair price for the value. It's close to grocery shops, bakeries, the post office in the Glieres village. It's a 20-25min drive from Annecy and there buses as well connecting both cities. There is a good pizzaiolo at the restaurant. Pizzas are really worth trying!
Unfortunately when I stayed there they didn't have internet which was a pity for work. They couldn't offer alternatives either - though they've tried to look for one. I hope it's a temporary issue.
