Good stay, mixed feelings

Ski bus 720 stops right at the hotel. You can get to Sonnenkorpf or Stuben very quickly. To Zurs or Lech you will have to change to bus 750, altogether it takes around 45min to get to Lech by bus. Good that the hotel provides you with Vmobil transport pass, which you can use for these local buses starting from arrival day. Our apartment was spacious, 6 people and 2 dogs felt comfortable. Underground parking was a big plus. Room has coffee machine, it was loaded with coffee beans enough for our group for 6 days of stay.

Very slow response from property. Looks like they fully rely on their electronic system and if you are looking for some kind of support, you have to be really persistent. We paid by bank transfer and even though money arrived to their account, they could not find our transfer for a month. We called and emailed but every time there was a new person, to whom we had to explain everything over again. Finally someone (god bless this person) indeed called their own accounting department and found our transfer. Shower with curtain and no stopper for water on the floor.. well, could’ve been better. Cafe and shop on the ground floor were closed. Nearest spar is 5-10 minutes by car. Reception is closed most of the time, even at checkout period. It’s not possible to enter the building without a key, so we had to wait outside for someone to show up at the reception because we arrived earlier. Not possible to drop the luggage. No hairdryer in the room

Perfect for groups and families, close to the highway and main road to Bludenz/Stuben.

The flat is spacious and modern arranged. So much space for sleeping up to 10 persons with fantastic wall-mounted beds as additional beds in every of two rooms + one big in the living room. Everyone talked about the coffee machine, so we will also praise the fantastic Jura :) The garage is available if you get here by the car, in -1 level of the building. On the same floor is a ski storage with heaters for the boots, and elevator. Our host was really kind and available for any help. He give us many advices about the bus lines, stores and restaurants. The bus stop are close to the building, so you can use the line 720 to reach Stuben/Bludenz and it's free for all skiers.

We can't only find a hair dryer, but I believe if we asked our host, he would give it to us. There is no any dryer for clothes after skiing (for wet gloves, jacket, pants), since the flat has floor heating. The cafe bar not worked, so we didn't use any kind of entertainment down there.

Comfortable and great location for skiers - yet overpriced.

Great location, very friendly host and a spacious apartment.

Despite the description, as simple thing as an electric kettle was missing. Minor electrical issues (tv keeps switching on, light switches off in the bathroom), shower curtain doesn’t provide protection from the water splashing (and nothing to clean it during one week of stay this ends up being a very messy bathroom to use). Also, for such price I would expect gym and sauna to be included.

The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with everything thoughtfully arranged and easy to access. The rooms were impressively spacious and very comfortable, and having underground parking was a fantastic added convenience.

there was no threshold to keep the water from flowing out of the shower area. Also, I didn’t like that I was told it wasn’t possible to get extra towels.

The place was really great: very clean, new, appartment was really nice, balcony, garage, cafe was good, the place was great in almost every way. Fantastic.

The location was a problem for us. We wanted to access st Anton and on the Fri afternoon when we arrived it was very difficult to get a taxi to get to st Anton. On the way back in the evening is was easier, but around 100€. If you want to access st Anton and you don't have a car or want to drink, then it can be challenging.

Für ein Ski Wochenende und Gruppen zu empfehlen

Schöne neue Unterkunft. Insgesamt größer als gedacht. Die Ausstattung war gut. In 15 Minuten ist man im Skigebiet Ski Arlberg. Der zur Verfügung gestellte Kaffee war auch lecker. Kostenlose Tiefgarage und Skiraum war auch sehr praktisch. Spülmittel, Spülertaps und Co war alles vorhanden. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. Es gibt aber noch definitiv Potential in der Ferienwohnung.

Im Bad fehlen Regale / Ablagen. Wenn man duscht gibt es keine Möglichkeit seine Kleider irgendwo abzulegen. Eigentlich handelt es sich eher um eine Nasszelle. Der Duschvorhang könnte auch durch eine Galsabtrennung ersetzt werden. Insgesamt gibt es in der Wohnung kaum bis keine Ablageflächen. Ski Kleidung kann nur an der Garderobe zum trocken aufgehängt werden. Ansonsten ist die Ausstattung die vorhanden ist gut. Der nächste Bäcker ist leider im nächsten Dorf. Kontrollliste mit Preisen für alle Gegenständen in der Küche fanden wir etwas verwirrend.

De halte van de skibus ligt net voor het appartement. Er is veel ruimte in de kelder om de ski’s in op te bergen en de verwarmde instalatie om de botten te drogen is een ongelooflijke meerwaarde

De bar en bakkerij in het appartement waren gesloten. Je moet de auto of bus nemen om boodschappen te doen.

Schöner Skiurlaub ☀️

Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und geräumig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gute Lage um am Arlberg Ski zu fahren. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür und in 15 Minuten mit dem Bus in Stuben ⛷️ Skigebiet Sonnenkopf ca 500 Meter entfernt.

Schade war, dass die Bäckerei im Haus geschlossen hatte. Im Bad fehlt es an Ablagemöglichkeiten.

Mooi verblijf met grote fitness dichtbij ski lift.

Mooie ruimte, met n heerlijk versie koffiebonen, woonruimte die je ook als slaapkamer kan gebruiken, en beneden n sjieke ruime fitness (moet je apart voor betalen)

Matrassen van de bedden vielen tegen, zat n kuil in. En douchegordijn was vies en hield niet al t water tegen.

Gern wieder!

Sehr gut ausgestattete, geräumige, schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Sehr gute Betten, drei Fernseher, hochwertige (und damit dichte) Türen und Fenster, gute Kaffeemaschine, Fußbodenheizung bei echtem Holzboden, sehr schönes Raumklima, hochwertige Materialien. Sauna im Haus, auch das Fitnesstudio kann genutzt werden, beides allerdings gegen Gebühr. Besitzer Sepp und Assistent Ekkehard waren beide sehr nett und haben sich sehr bemüht, unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Bäckerei / Café im Haus. Tiefgarage, Skikeller, Skischuheizung - alles sehr praktisch und gut überlegt.

Informationen darüber, was vorhanden ist, was man mitbringen sollte, wie die Zeiten des Skibusses sind und wie das genau mit der Sauna ist, waren im Vorfeld etwas schwierig zu bekommen. Es wird über Keyone vermittelt. Jetzt kennen wir es und werden beim nächsten Mal eigene Saunatücher mitbringen (man bekommt welche gestellt, die sind aber zu klein), außerdem eine Teekanne und Kaffeebohnen für die Kaffeemaschine. Und einen Fön (den haben wir auf Anfrage aber sofort geliehen bekommen). Bezüglich der Lage: Sehr gut zu erreichen, es fährt auch ein Skibus ins Arlberggebiet direkt vor der Tür, allerdings nur alle 30 Minuten. Fahrt ins Skigebiet Arlberg dauerte etwas, daher für die Lage etwas Abzüge, dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts. Man kann auch nähere Skigebiete besuchen, bei uns wegen der Schneelage nicht mehr so gut.

Sehr schönes und großzügiges Apartment mit toller Ausstattung

Das Apartment ist sehr großzügig und wirklich toll ausgestattet! die Skigebiete Sonnenkopf und die Alpe Rauz am Arlberg sind schnell und gut erreichbar. Unten im Haus hat jetzt auch ein Bäcker aufgemacht, das ist sicher auch eine schöne Sache, um morgens frische Brötchen zu bekommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch die Betten waren sehr gut und alles blitzsauber.

Wir haben über Booking COM gebucht, dort war nicht ersichtlich, dass man für die Sauna und den Fitnessbereich extra bezahlen muss. es wäre gut, dies in der Beschreibung noch einmal sorgfältig zu kommunizieren.

Lage, unkomplizierter Check in und out, gute Parkmöglichkeiten.

Leider hat die Wohnung nur 1 Badezimmer, das für fünf Personen sehr klein ist. Außerdem gab es nur eine Dusche mit Duschvorhang und keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kosmetikartikel bzw Zahnbüsten usw. Die Wohnung war oberflächlich gereinigt, aber oben auf den Stockbetten lag eine sehr dicke Staubschicht und sogar alte Einkaufsblättchen von wem auch immer, ich musste dann erstmal mit putzen in den Urlaub starten..

Neuwertige und voll ausgestattete Wohnung.

Mehr Aufhängemöglichkeiten (Badetücher, nasse Kleider...) und auch wenig Ablagen in den Nasszellen für Kulturbeutel in der Wohnung. Schmutzschleuse beim Eingang und Schuhmatte oder ähnlichen für die Skischuhe/Winterschuhe im Reduit fehlten. Uns fehlte einwenig die persönliche Beratung betreffend der Anreise und Abreise.
