The whole experience was fantastic. Lovely people. Fabulous animals. Beautiful surroundings.

It’s a bit of a hairy drive to get there - lots of road kill.

Judy, Richie and Dora made the stay so so special 💗 for me. I was able to relive my early childhood and the memories I will take away from my stay here will last me a lifetime. A truly beautiful working Australian family who make you feel welcomed and I will absolutely will be back especially to help with the lambs. 😃 and to have Judy's stunning fresh bread hmmmmmm..The Guinea Fowel, Kookaburra's laughing and to watch them sit patiently waiting for the right time to swoop down and get dinner was amazing. Just to see all of nature thriving and to sit on the verandah and just listen to the wind in the trees and the peace and quiet was excellent. Judy if you ever need a helping hand I'll be there in a heartbeat. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart you bought back such special memories of my childhood, how true blue Aussies you all are, especially Dora the red kelpie ❤️ On a final note it's surrounding towns are full of incredible history ie Texas and the rabbits 🐇, the tobacco industry, the wineries, produce stores, the chocolate factory, nature at her finest with incredible rock formation from the centuries volcanic irruptions to the amazing cheese factories, and Anna's divine candles oh and of course the Christmas farm.,but we just missed their Christmas in July.

Just have to toughen up for the cold, and I truly hope and 🙏 for rain for our farmers, animals and the Glenlyon dam which was only at 40%.. I will gladly take on a job with the council of travelling up and down the highway to remove our poor national emblem off the roads, check pouches and move on to the next. Unfortunately it's been such a dry winter it makes the kangaroos more active so please people when you're outside the city limits slow down and protect our wildlife and your vehicle 💙. I can't fault this beautiful slice of heaven, it was exceptional.
