Generalnie miejsce fajne, dosłownie po drugiej stronie Manufaktura.
Okolica delikatnie mówiąc kiepska a lepiej nie odslaniac zaslon. Ponadto mieszkanie jest zlokalizowane dokladnie nad sama brama co niestety skutkuje tym,ze slychac podnoszaca sie brame. Okolica taka,ze strach parkowac na ulicy ale warto wziac pod uwage,ze trzeba byc dobrym kierowcą wybierając to mieszkanie ponieważ wyjazd z garażu jest ciężki-bardzo łatwo idzie przerysować auto... jeszcze nigdy nie widziałem tak beznadziejnego wyjazdu z garażu. Jeżeli ktoś lubi ciszę to spokój to lepiej poszukać czegoś innego.
