Beautiful property, well maintained, plenty of space

Great location and beautifully presented property. Wish the weather had been better so we could use the gorgeous garden room.

Dishwasher small for the size of the house but we ate out a lot so not an issue for us. The heating was on when we arrived so rooms very warm. Think we concluded that heaters came on with water!

Property is situated only a short 5-10 minute walk onto the Main Street in Broadway, which has many pubs, restaurants & shops to explore. Property was clean, immaculately presented & feels very homely. Perfect size for an extended family getaway. Beautiful outdoor space, with bar kitchen, log burner & BBQ. In the house kitchen there were lots of kitchen utensils & equipment which makes cooking in the property very easy. The Ninja airfryer was an amazing added extra. Bathrooms were clean & towels were soft & fluffy. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows & throws. Plenty of private parking on the driveway. The property is on a main road so off road parking was helpful. Cotsall House was warm & comfortable for the various ages in our group. There were some boardgames provided which were a nice touch. We had a fabulous stay.
