Het ontvangst was niet erg vriendelijk, niet erg gastvrij. Meneer was aan het koken in het hotel en had geen tijd om ons fatsoenlijk te woord te staan en sprak slecht Engels of Duits , eigelijk niemand in dit hotel kon ons goed te woord staan.

The property was comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and it was close to the slopes and the ski bus.
However, there was a huge problem with collecting the keys—we had to wait about 90 minutes in another hotel owned by the same owner. Many staff members didn't understand what reservation we were referring to, which was very frustrating.
The hotel owner did not explain how waste sorting worked, and there were no written instructions in English. At one point, the owner gave us negative feedback in German, which we didn't understand—a very unpleasant situation.
The apartment lacked basic cleaning supplies.

Heel fijne plek, schoon en netjes, eigenlijk gewoon goed. Als je een klein stukje de ene kant op loopt, stap je zo op de Toboggan-run. En als je een klein stukje de andere kant op loopt, stap je zo op de Talabfahrt (rode piste).
Een paar kleine tips: grotere thee- en koffiemokken en een extra (tweede) koekenpan zouden fijn zijn. Verder was er bij aankomst vrijwel geen communicatie, behalve: hier is de sleutel en je moet borg en toeristenbelasting betalen. Gaandeweg de week kwamen we erachter hoe het werkte met bijvoorbeeld afval en wat we moesten doen bij vertrek.
