Chalet L'aïeul by Interhome

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Het betreft een fijn huis met grote tuin rondom het huis. Inclusief bbq. 2 slaapkamers en een bed op de overloop. Het huis ligt hoog en de laatste paar haarspeldbochten zijn een uitdaging. Anderzijds ben je binnen 10 minuten weer beneden in het dorp. In het dorp vertrekken liften naar wandelgebieden.

Enige minpuntje is dat we minstens 100 keer ons hoofd hebben gestoten tegen de lampen in de keuken en boven salontafel. En let op de balk bij de trap :-)

The chalet was really cosy and lovely. The views were amazing and there was enough space to spreadout. It was lovely and warm and you could control the heating so if you got cold you could just turn the heaters up and they responded quickly. There were all the pots, pans and crockery you need. The view whilst eating breakfast is really good and the stars at night are lovely. The dishwasher was impossible to fathom.

Only one bathroom was a bit of a problem at times. It would have been made better by some more mirrors so you could do make-up/hair whilst others were in the bathroom. Finding the chalet at night after collecting the keys was VERY difficult. The sign where you park the car points to the right, but you actually have to go left. There are no signs to it and it is not at all obvious where you are heading to. it took us a while to find the chalet which was a shame as the chalet is so lovely. Better signs and directions for people arriving in the dark are needed. The hill up to the chalet is very steep.
