Bungalow El Cortijo Heated Pool Heart of Las Americas Costa Adeje

This is my second time staying here in the El Cortijo apartment and I literally cannot fault it at all. The owners are friendly, honest and very trustworthy! On check out, I stupidly left a large amount of cash in the apartment and when I contacted them about it, they went and recovered the money for me there and then before the new guests arrived shortly and there was not a single penny missing! 🙏🏻🙌🏻 so I can fully recommend staying here. Great Location, 5 mins from the beach, shops and restaurants etc. Its a gated community, so very secure and even the pool has its own key access!

The apartment could do with a little updating. The shower wasnt great(very low pressure) I had no running cold/hot water on the 1st night due to a damaged main water pipe but this must have been resolved as the next day I had hot water and minimal cold water but this was not the owners fault at all. Internet was a little intermittent but it worked.

I liked its convenience - very close to the bus station, though quiet. I liked that is was a gated complex, and the staff were really available and tried to be helpful. Their English wasn’t great, yet adequate for our needs. The property was clean and perfectly adequate for our one night stay. We had a small problem - our fault - which was dealt with quickly and without fuss. The host was readily contactable.

The complex was a little tired.

Location was great right round corner from the bus station and close to bars and restaurants

Well Located apartment very easy access to shops, restaurants and beach. Quiet to chill have swimming pool decent size not heated bit cold water but OK on hot day to cool off. Safe for children to play around we love us stay better experiences then in Hotels for sure.

I would definitely give it 9-10 for this place, but it's a minor issues in this apartment (I stayed in number 23 bungalow). If you stayed with a small child in the same bungalow. The shower does not work as it should, the water temperature changes to cold or hot by itself. So be careful with the children because our little one is scared to go shower even at home after this. Bed mattress i think have to be changed long time ago or bed not to sure wish one or both. Bed is very not comfortable.
