Great location. Safe area 10 min walk from the centre. Flat was clean with good facilities and tea and coffee available. Good value for money given I booked last minute.

Great stay and good value.

Apartment was homley and spacious, having two bathrooms was great. Very comfy sofas and beds. Good location, walk in to town.

Thought the car park space would be behind the gate but it wasnt, it was a just a bit tight, but my car is big so not really their issue. Would have liked to got the instructions a day before arrival so could make sense of what i needed to do before getting to accommodation, even though the video was easy to follow. Apartment could probably do with a lick of paint here and there but overall nice enough.

Nice location. Wouldn’t stay again

The location was perfect for us as we visited the coronation street village tour and the Trafford centre.

These first couple are minor details but affected my grandad. The bed was too low to the floor and he struggled to get in and out of it. The shower step was too high and he struggled getting out as there is nothing to hold onto getting down the step. The sofa was broken. One side was stuck in the recliner position and wouldn’t go down. The main concern is the patio door as it doesn’t close correctly and the appears to be broken. There is also no key available to lock it so it stays open all the time as due to the locking mechanism being broken there is no way to keep it shut. When I contacted the properly owners they said the sofa and door must of been broken by the previous guests and said that they would fix it. They are supposed to have cleaners in between each guests so how have these damages not been rectified prior to us arriving.

Good stay in a great location

- The host was very responsive and replied to any questions very quickly and politely. - The instructions to find the property and lockbox were extremely east to follow. We were sent a video, so couldn’t have been any easier to find it. - The location was great. Only a short walk to city centre. - The beds were comfy. - There are new sofas in the living room which are very comfy, both recline. - Free allocated parking space.

- The patio window in the living room doesn’t shut properly and therefore it’s very noisy as the flat faces off to a very busy street. The lock is broken which is a security issue. Luckily it’s a 3rd floor flat but still, anyone could get in. - Not enough free surfaces in the kitchen to prepare a meal. The microwave could easily be moved to a shelf which would free up some space. - A few more glasses would be good as we were having to constantly do the dishes and dry them straight away as there is just no space. - A coffee table in the living room would be better than the foot stool, as there was no where to put plates in the middle. - The flat needs some TLC. Fresh coat of paint would make a big difference, as you can see how patchy it is at the moment and looks worn out. - Bathroom sealant is all mouldy and should be replaced. - En-suite shower didn’t drain properly and had to shower in a puddle of water. - Toilets seem to be lower than usual and the en-suite toilet was moving to the front, a bit unsafe. - There is no air-con in the property. There are 2 small fans which is fine but the description is misleading. - We were only given 2 toilet rolls for 4 people staying for 3 nights, not enough and soap didn’t last either. Also it’s time to replace the sponge for washing dishes.

A well located property with added bonus of parking but needs some TLC

The location was ideal and the fact that it had parking was an added bonus. Next door to a decent pub and within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and things to see. It was quite spacious inside and the kitchen was reasonably equipped although it lacked bin liners for the kitchen bin. Although we didnt get the instructions as to how to get into the property until the last moment, it was good we got detailed instructions as the postcode and address on the original property description would have meant you would have problems finding it.

Well, when we arrived at 3p.m the keys were not in the lockbox and when we finally got hold of the property owner it was because the cleaner was still inside the property with the keys. This seemed a bit strange as we were told that we needed to vacate at 10.00 as the cleaner normally arrives at 10.15! The owner doesnt answer their phone by the way, so if you have an issue message them which seems to get a response.The rooms face onto the main road which is extremely busy, and although the bedrooms didnt get the traffic noise, the living room was extremely noisy. On investigation we discovered that the large glass sliding doors were actually broken to the point that one of the glass panels on the double glazing had obviously been broken and was completely missing. The interior is a bit tired and could do with some TLC. The heating is by electric wall heaters but with no instructions as to how to use them, we got lucky and managed to get them on and they then worked quite well.

Great location and super friendly

Great location, about 10-15 mins walk to Piccadilly Gardens. Train station nearby - we did not use as walk was so easy! Parking space is a GREAT BONUS, with secure locking gates so you know your vehicle is safe. Host is super friendly and attentive! Apartment is cosey and comes with most things you need. We will definitely be back! We did not notice any “funny smells” of “smoke” like others have mentioned so don’t let that put you off. No disturbance/noise from other tenants etc.

Slight road noise in bedrooms, very loud in lounge. Im a very light sleeper but didn’t seem to keep me awake too much which was fab! So technically not a ‘dislike’ about the property but wanted to write incase anyone would be upset with this.

Great location, great facilities.

Well equipped had tea towels, washing up liquid,shower gel, etc. Good sized living area and bedrooms. The location is great for the city centre and free parking was a bonus. Clear instructions via what's app for getting into property and where to park.

The apartment is in a residential block, and the smell of cannabis as you walked along corridors to the apartment from other flats was very strong sometimes ,not the owners fault and once in the apartment you couldn't smell anything. Also, though very well equipped, the finishing touch would be a full-length mirror on the wall in the bedroom or hallway. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and would stay again in the future.

Excellent location and a clean, comfortable no frills apartment

Ideal location for Manchester City Centre. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Clear instructions were given for accessing the property but the control freak part of me would rather I had them before setting off rather than having to ask for them as we were approaching Manchester.

As other guests have mentioned the heating/ hot water system needs urgent attention. We were not able to access the lift on the ground floor and had to walk up one flight of stairs to gain access on the second floor. The management thought this wasn’t a problem but it could have been for less able guests

Disappointing

The location was good. Very close to the city center.

At a first glance everuthing seemed fine. But the more You looked, the more You saw... the place is old and it shows. It's years of neglience. It looks kinda clean, but all surface it a little bit sticky, decoloured, dirty on the inside. I forgot to take a photo of microwave and oven, but yeah. The stove didn't work properly. One of the biggest things was that balcony door were BROKEN. And i mean double broken. One of the double windows was broken and there were still shards of the glass in the frame! But also the door was broken as in You couldn't close the door. I txted the owner saying I don't like that and he was really patronizing and condescending. He said it's been like that for many years and no one cares. Like, great... that's not something to be proud of, that You don't care about the property. Another huge thing - hot water. There was four of us and one had warm water, the second had luke warm water and the other two got cold water. We even took brakes of 1-2h between really short showers but it didn't matter. The boiler just couldn't handle that. The bathrooms were, again, old and kinda 'not clean'. Another annoying thing was that we had exactly four of everything. Four glasses, cups, plates, knives and forks... sonif we were cooking it was slightly annoying, because You just had to keep on washing it all the time. But hey, that's just slightly annoying, as I said.

Difficult to find using gps. had to stop and ask for directions. The parking space was tiny for a SUV. Certainly without the video sent by WhatsApp we wouldn’t have found our way into the property.

Superb

The location is very nice, apartment is very nice and it’s clean,the living is very open and he’s together with the kitchen, in the rooms they have towers of different size. We really enjoyed the view from the living. If you turn on the heater as well, the apartment is very warm. Many thanks to the host, was very nice with us and very welcoming.

The only thing for this apartament bad, it’s the doors in the living from the windows. They are basically we to layers of glass. The door from the left side one layer of window it’s broken, and this is make as feeling very cold in the living. And you can hear everything from outside.

two bed apartment with parking for the cost of a single room!

whole apartment was excellent, choice of shower or a bath, in separate toilets was great. Close to where I needed to work with its own parking spot and an ever so friendly landlord, who made the whole process of checking in a breeze. I feel that if I did have any issues that they would be dealt with as a matter of urgency. I will definitely be stopping here again if it is available on the dates I require.

the parking spot is very tight for the large car I have, but that being said ,it is a parking spot that comes with the apartment, so thebenefit outweighs the concerns.

Wasn’t expecting 5* for the price but dirt and broken items need to be addressed

Location was great

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! On arrival the flat smelt like an ashtray. Mould in the bathrooms, dirty walls, decorating had been done by the chuckle brothers, pane of glass was missing from the patio doors so there was exposed glass still in the frame. We accidentally left the keys in the property, called the owner (maybe?) for help and apparently that was their spare set. The previous user had lost the key and owner hadn’t had time to make a copy. Was asked to pay towards the locksmith which I felt pressured to pay.

Great location for easy access to museums. Internet access is provided but was shown as not available on the Booking.com page. Mosh team were very efficient with their communication.
