"Sweet Serenity" Stay 10 Minutes from Hershey

Built in 1952, “Sweet Serenity” is a darling three bedroom Cape Cod with a large family room and a finished basement area. From the quaint tree-lined front yard, it’s hard to imagine all the space this house has to offer inside.

o Two ample sized bedrooms on the second floor separated by a full bathroom

o Master bedroom on the first floor conveniently located to a full bathroom

o Breakfast bar and full dining area

o Large kitchen with all the amenities, including a wine refrigerator

o Library room with natural lighting and a variety of books for reading pleasure

o Oversized family room with gas fireplace and comfy furniture

o Finished basement that includes an entertainment area with TV and air hockey table

o Washer and dryer also located in basement

Hershey Park is but one of the many attractions in the area. Chocolate World and The Hershey Gardens are spectacular. Shopping at the outlets is a must! The area also offers many brewing companies, winery tours and top notch entertainment at the Giant Center and the Hershey Theater.
