La Vista Blanc 44 Cozy Mountain Home with Fireplace, Close to Meadow and Creek
This spacious Studio Loft, 2 bathroom, condo is walking distance to Mammoth Creek, Town and has partial mountain views of the Sherwins. Quietly located near the meadow and creek, but still near the Vons shopping center where you can catch a movie, coffee, and shops. This home features 2 levels with vaulted ceilings, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, flatscreen TV with Roku and DVD player, and the most space you can find in a studio. The upstairs loft features a Queen bed, a set of bunk beds with two Twin beds, a vanity area and full bathroom with walk-in shower. The living room downstairs is equipped with a sleeper sofa and full bathroom with walk-in shower. The full kitchen and dining area for 4 allows you to prepare family meals and enjoy a cozy night in. The La Vista Blanc complex has an outdoor pool (Summer only), Jacuzzi and public gas grill for your use and is conveniently located on the shuttle route, and with hiking trails leading directly from the complex. Just 100 yards from the Mammoth Creek park, you can fish the creek, use the playground or picnic at the tables or large grassy area or enjoy the Mammoth Community Rec Zone or LA Kings Ice that offers a host of activities and year-round recreation opportunities. There is also EV car chargers available for free use at the Rec Zone. This condo sleeps a maximum of 4 people, is non-smoking, and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. This is an upstairs unit with approx. 18 steps to access across 3 separate stair cases. The unit has 2 levels inside and the bedroom is on the upper level. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. We were arriving on Superball Sunday and were able to get in earlier than 5pm, so we could watch the game. As well for check out we were able to get a little bit a later check out. We appreciated the flexibility and the communication of the management company a lot!

This condo is very much as described. It's a small space, but was just fine for me and my medium-sized dog. The condo is comfortable and the kitchen had what I needed in order to cook simple meals. I love being so close to the meadow!

We are a family of 3 and place was perfect for a long weekend away. It was very clean with all the amenities. The loft where the beds are is very cozy with a queen + bunks for kids. No complaints, would stay again.
