I booked for my parents . They said apartment was clean and comfortable though Mum would have liked an option of softer pillows .

My fault but ordered a room that was upstairs . A member of staff offered to help with their cases . Be aware older guests may find stairs an issue .

Location, style, decor all good.

Window frames needed a good clean. Lack of hanging space and what was there needed fixed as was very loose. Beds were not separated into singles as requested. No complimentary bottle of wine as described which was disappointing.

The apartment was lovely but the check in process could definitely be improved.

We were given a complimentary early check in due to the issues we had with the paying process which I thought was very kind however on arrival I had not been sent any details as to how I assess the building as there was so staff on premises. I called a number and the person talked me through how I got into the building and then where to access keys to apartment but when I opened the apartment it had not been serviced so had to call back and explain situation meaning we did not get an early check in and had to hang about to get rid of our bags. This was not a good arrival impression.
