Fantastic location. Great proximity to glenelg facilities.
There was only one lift working which meant some waiting time required.

Dirty dishes. Totally blocked with dust air flow into the A/C inlet in the celling intake. A/C didn’t work at all on top floor and the one on the main floor had poor flow into the main bed room and too much into one of the others. If it had been over 30 degrees the top floor would have been uninhabitable. We also got an offer 5 days after we mentioned the A/C to fix it but for someone to come out AFTER we left?????. You can’t have a top floor property on the 12th level with poor AC during summer. Limited help with property.
