Wonderful seaside location sadly let down by unresponsive and unhelpful hosts.

Excellent location, easy check in, quiet.

Photographs look better than actual place, which seemed in a general state of disrepair (damaged sofa, broken wardrobe doors, fridge with broken or missing shelves, kitchen utensils such as pots with missing handles, warped frying pans etc.). Curtains and upholstery not clean. Issue with being charged a different amount by the property to the price secured during booking (approx 10% more), a matter as yet unresolved either by the host or booking.com. Host mostly unresponsive despite numerous attempts at contacting them to resolve issues.

Nice location, but the property needs to be in a better condition for the money.

The location is right next main part of Jastrzębia Góra and the beach and local restaurants are all with a 5 minute walk. There is a nice swimming pool on site.

The sofa bed was broken. The wardrobes were broken. The bulb above the mirror was broken making it difficult to shave. The grass wasn’t cut out the back of the property, which made the area look rough around the pool.

Fajna aranżacja mieszkania.

Okno od sypialni niestety wychodziło na główną ulicę, oddaloną o kilkanaście metrów. Poza tym szkoda, że właściciele lokalu nie usuwają drobnych usterek na bieżąco. Na przykład takich jak: zakamieniony perlator w baterii umywalkowej, wadliwie działająca spłuczka sedesu, wadliwie działające rolety okienne, niektóre kwalifikujące się do wymiany, czy niewyregulowane drzwiczki od szafki kuchennej.

Problemy z pierwszym otwarciem sejmiku z kluczami . Zepsuty dekoder DVBT , a więc brak tv . Pomimo dwukrotnej reklamacji usterki nikt z obsługi technicznej nie pojawił się .

Wypoczynek z firmą Renters

Apatament w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, blisko do plaży. To był nasz pierwszy wyjazd z firmą Renters i na pewno jeszcze go powtórzymy. Apartament dobrze wyposażony i czysty. Wszystko zgodnie z opisem. Duży plus z garażem na auto. Idealne miejsce na wypoczynek.
