Convenient and quiet. Easy check in.
Kettle was disgusting, could not use - needed replacement. Tea towels did not dry. Remote control back was damaged. Lounges needed cleaning (found cotton bud in yellow chair). Bath towels needed replacing. Should consider a support rail to step into the bath to use the shower in the main bathroom, also a shelf in each shower for people to place their toothbrush and soap on while they shower. Pillows were also too soft, ended up being flat.
