Bon rapport qualité prix, logement à proximité du sanctuaire des Ours de Kuterevo. Propriétaire top qui nous a servi des bières et proposé la terrasse de l'appartement d'à côté, qui n'était pas loué ce soir-là, et qui offrait une belle vue. Un abris permet de garer les véhicules / motos a l'abris.
A proximité d'une route, assez bruyante tôt le matin.
