Location for the ski lifts couldn't be better, a 50 m walk and you could access all the lifts, 150m and in the heart of Val Claret. Apartment is big for a ski apartment, 2 bathrooms were great, very well equipped kitchen and spotlessly clean throughout. For longer stays had a washer and dryer.
The code we'd been given wasn't working which led us to think it was the wrong building as no obvious name on the outside. Despite the fact it was midnight our call was answered immediately and the correct code provided. Once inside getting the keys from the lockbox for the apartment was easy.
Only parking is in an underground garage 10 min walk away, this gets very full so if you move your car you risk not being able to get back in. Therefore on departure day if you ski for any time its a messy checkout as there is nowhere in the building to leave bags

The location was great. Restaurants and shops just a short walk away and a short walk to the snow where you can ski down to the ski lifts saves a lot of awkward walking with equipment
The basement room did seem like a fire hazard with no exit but don’t have a fire I guess !
