Obiekt był zgodny z prezentowanymi fotkami na stronie internetowej. Lokal pozwalał robić cokolwiek co we własnym domu się robi, w szczególności chwali się pełna funkcjonalność kuchni. Lokalizacja, mimo właściwie bliskości rynku, a więc centrum, pozwalała cieszyć się ciszą miejską do maximum.
Warto byłoby poprawić stan prysznica i co niektórych lamp w mieszkaniu. Nie do przyjęcia jest potężnie trzeszcząca podłoga przed drzwiami wejściowymi.
