Sehr sauber. Ausgezeichnete u. neuwertige Ausstattung. Terrasse fantastisch. Zentral gelegen in einem sehr schönen Dorf.

Angebotene Garage nicht verwendbar (schräge Einfahrt). Parkplatzsituation in Fornalutx sehr prekär (Tagesbesucher).

There is no shelf to put your toiletry bag on in the bathrooms, and no shelf to put your toothbrush and other stuff on. This is very annoying and it would be so easy to just put up a couple of shelves. I also miss a shelf or something to put shampoo and soap on in the shower section. There are metal baskets you can hang from the faucets, also an easy thing to do to improve the stay. The last thing is that the kitchen knives needs sharpening.

Very well equipped, in great detail. Very clean. Fantastic view of the mountains, no lights in front to disturb. Quiet. Good airco, it was very cold, snow in the mountains! NIce huge orange basket from the best Soller oranges was waiting and fridge full with marmelade and butter, beer, etc...

We asked to have bed linnen changed after a week. The debate of who will do it, the agency or the owner, went on for days. At the end we had the same for two weeks!! A big slip,considering the great detail of utensiles and tools present in the appartment. Very strange , in Greece, for less than half of the price, they change everything and clean every three days. Luckily we did not stay longer than 2 weeks,as is our normal custom. We did not want to use the linnen from other bedrooms, in case one might claim there were more than 2 persons renting. The master bedroom did not have shutters, or some dark curtain, so we became early birds... No shading or sun umbrella present on the terrace, but luckily in the day time we were trekking on the Serra de Tramuntana.. Garage parking is only for very small cars, 5 min walk, difficult to manoeuvre. Luckily there is a parking very nearby, 40m, free out of season between 19 pm to 9 am, the maximum stay for one ticket purchase is 2 hours for 2 euros day time... After the booking, one has to register with full data and create an account on the agency site and pay 300 euros deposit.
