Удобная локация, симпатичный вид с балкона. Есть стиральная и посудомоечная машина
Отсутствие уборок, отсутствие кофемашины, мало посуды, подуставшие апартаменты, требуется хотя бы косметический ремонт, шумный ремонт от соседей в обеденное время (перфоратор), отсутствие сменного комплекта белья и запасных полотенец, качество подушек (уже были комки) С потолка в кухонной зоне капал постоянно конденсат на пол.

Location was great and views from 24th floor fantastic, especially at night across the Marina. Apartment was well equipped and rental company responded promptly to my requests. Great pool. Handy for the JBR beach, marina, tram and metro. Plenty of local grocery shops. Lovely to have a washing machine and dishwasher.
Some of the photos (showing a long curved sofa and an egg shaped chair on a balcony) did not relate to the advertised apartment. These should be removed. Bathroom was a little tired.
