Super genial nos gustó mucho además una super energía.

Debe mejorar la parte del entretenimiento en la televisión, considero que debe mejorar esa parte ya que no cuenta con cuentas de Netflix y el televisión algo complicado de manejar. El resto todo super mes.

Marcela nos trató muy bien, nos sentimos como en casa , seguiremos volviendo cada año .

The location is great - walking distance to El Ingenio park with plenty of exercise and fun activities; walking distance to a variety of grocery stores, but also malls (Unicentro, Jardin Plaza) and the best hospital (FVL). It's peaceful in the building. The apartment we stayed in had its windows towards a walkway, not a road, which really helped with creating a peaceful environment for my toddler to sleep in. The neighborhood is safe (but of course, it is a big city, so it depends more on your own behavior). Note that this is more residential compared to the touristy area of San Antonio, but I like it sooo much better here. The host is superb - incredibly friendly, helpful and easy to reach. The place is well-maintained and clean. The apartment had all the main amenities we needed. They have an 8am-5pm desk; at other times you can check-in too if you let the host know in advance (which was our case - she really did her best to accommodate our crazy arrival time). There is a laundry room downstairs with access through the floor manager and a pay-per-wash/dry system. You'll have to coordinate, but she's really helpful. I was here as part of a step in an international move and stayed with my toddler and my emotional support dog (papers required!). I had to be able to cook a lot, keep my toddler entertained inside and outdoors, do A LOT of laundry, walk the dog multiple times a day, get medical checks done, and work from home. This place was perfect for that. If you need entertainment, that's close enough too. Lots of great food options with 'domicilio' nearby, including a great meat restaurant across the road and a bakery. It says 'apartestudios', but they are one-bedroom apartments. The flexible cancellation policy was a decisive factor for us. I thought it was good value for the accommodation and services. In fact, I found it to be among the lower priced ones for what is included and considering the neighborhood.

It's good to check the type of apartment. To me (but that may be me...), it wasn't too clear from the descriptions in Booking what the difference was between the apartments. As a result, we first arrived in an apartment that wasn't ideal for us (but may be for others!). While it had all the conveniences of the others, it had the bedroom window towards the (very popular) restaurant, making it hard for my toddler (and myself) to sleep. We are used to VERY quiet environments, so if you are a busy city person, it likely wouldn't bother you. It's not THAT noisy and it's just a few hours in the evening. There is very limited traffic noise in spite of being close to a major highway. Additionally, the window was not entirely safe for my toddler, so it had to stay closed. The seating area/kitchen did not have a window at all and I really need a lot of light to function properly. After asking around about differences between apartments, I talked to the host, and when another apartment became available that better suited our needs, she allowed us to move immediately. The new one was also a ground floor apartment, making dealing with a stroller so much easier. I had originally wanted an apartment with a balcony, so my dog could spend more time outside, but this ground floor one without balcony turned out to be perfect (the first one did not have a balcony either, but there are units that do). We have been so comfortable here that we decided to stay longer and take our sweet time to finally move countries.

Habitaciones cómodas.

Al llegar, una de las habitaciones reservadas carecía de una de las camas solicitadas; no obstante, la recepcionista resolvió el inconveniente con rapidez. Por otro lado, el baño presentaba un olor muy intenso y desagradable, especialmente durante las mañanas, similar al de tuberías o aguas residuales. Además, el refrigerador de nuestra habitación no funcionaba. A pesar de que solicitamos su revisión, el problema no se solucionó durante nuestra estancia. Afortunadamente, pudimos utilizar el refrigerador del otro cuarto para conservar nuestros alimentos.
