海がめちゃ近くて最高です。民宿の若いバイト生がとても明るく、施設の案内や外食のアドバイスも親切丁寧で素晴らしかったです。あと、お水とお湯のサーバーがあるのがすごくよかったです。宿泊者用の冷蔵庫も助かりました。有名人の写真が何気に貼ってて探すのがおもしろかったです。

大型バスの年配の男性運転手が口が悪く、他のスタッフへの態度も最悪で見ていてとても不快でした。

Like other reviews mentioned, there seems to be confusion about the cost of the shuttle from the port to the hotel. Because of what I had read in other reviews, I tried to contact the property several days ahead of my arrival to clarify about the shuttle. First, I received no response for two days and the phone number provided was a voicemail in Japanese, so I contacted Booking.com customer service. The agent I was talking to had to contact the Japanese customer service team, who were apparently able to contact the hotel. I eventually get an email saying it was 1000 yen for the shuttle. But the next day I received a different email from the hotel saying there was no fee. So when I got to the hotel and the girl asked for the fee, I said I had an email saying there wasn’t a fee. She did not even try to argue. So hopefully the hotel owner and staff will sort this issue out.
