Apartamento PLANTA JARDÍN CON GRAN TERRAZA, SOLEADO 132

Great location. Nice layout, nice bed, great pool area, good teracce. Kitchen was clean, had good amenities. Whole apartment was clean. Wifi worked well. Place is quiet and peaceful. When there was an issue w apartment, it got addressed immediately, very nice.

Carpet in livingroom is completely outdated, slightly dirty, worn out. At check-in the behavior of staff - both host and reception - was rude. Host got offensive with me for being frustrated about suggested additional waiting time. Security deposit 150€ is to be paid separately, not charged from card as usual, causing mix up. This was the root cause of me getting lectured by the host for not having realised this - not comnunicated by Booking at intro of apartment, btw. All in all no hard feelings, but more compassioned approach towards tired travellers and better info would be helpful.

Excellent location 5 minutes walk from the beach and easy access to multiple restaurants & bars. 3 supermarkets within easy walking distance too. We had a small dog with us - the apartment is on the ground floor so it was super easy to access the garden which had plenty of grass, trees & bushes for a dog to sniff around. The bed was extra large and very comfortable. Parking is private & secure and it was easy to find a space for a big car.

The fixtures and furnishings are a little dated - but having said that, everything was in working condition so it’s a minor point.
