הוצג שהוא נמצא בכפר ורדים, אך בפועל מדובר בשכונת וילות במעלות. הוא מעט מיושן וצריך לעלות 29 מדרגות מהרחוב ועד הקומה מעל בית המארחים בו הוא נמצא.

At first sight, it looks lovely, good wide spacious room, decorated in a homelike touch. Plenty of room and spaces to hang in.

The maintenance level was very low. The bathroom heater caused an electricity power out for over an hour and after the electric company recovered power, we couldn’t heat the bathroom. The heating was insufficient for the large space. The shutter of the large window to the porch does not go down all the way and there are no curtains so the cold is radiating in all night and light comes in as early as sunrise. Also the roof windows have no shutters or drapes so the rooms bleed heat at night, and light cannot be avoided if you want to sleep in. Another problem is misleading name for the property. It states it’s located in a lovely community settlement but in reality it is located in a neighboring town of lower rating.
