If you know the French people usually you cannot expect perfect condition :-)
I can imagine a better tidiness but we found it ok. In France, you can see much worse accommodation even though the reviews are very high.
I recommend a better explanation/introduction of everything. F.E.
- I received the wrong code for a box where the keys were
- I took all the keys from the box under the impression that they are all from our apartment. Then the proprietor called me to put them back because the other tenants cannot enter their flats :))
- I didn't know which floor I should go
- There is no private parking but the sisters are ok if you would like to stay your care there

De locatie van het appartement is geweldig, middenin een prachtig dorpje en op loopafstand van de zee. Schitterende omgeving. Het appartement is ruim, met 3 2-persoonsbedden, een grote woonkamer met keuken, en 2 slaapkamers (al zit 1 van de slaapkamers wel vast aan de badkamer, wat niet ideaal als als je geen gezin bent).
Het appartement was vies. Met name de keuken, zowel op het bestek als op delen van het servies troffen we aangekoekte etensresten aan die er duidelijk al langer zaten. De hele keuken is smoezelig, de vaatdoekjes zo oud en smerig dat ik zelf nieuwe heb gekocht. De rest van het appartement was ietsje beter, maar overal zie je vieze vegen, vingerafdrukken en vettige sporen. Ik heb zelf niet zo snel dat ik iets smerig vind, maar dit heb ik niet eerder meegemaakt. Het meubilair is ook erg gedateerd, douche valt bijna uit elkaar en de eetkamerstoelen ook.
