Jól felszerelt kényelmes apartman közel a sípályához autóval. Az ágyak kényelmesek, a konyhában minden rendelkezésére áll, Pálma roppant segítőkész.
Nekünk nem volt gond, de lépcsőzni kell az emeletre.

A szemközti kis vendéglőben mind este, mind másnap reggel fantasztikusan finom volt a kaja, ráadásul ott is volt - többek között - magyar személyzet is (a szállásadónk ugyanúgy magyar volt). Praktikus, hogy viszonylag közel van a semmeringi autópályához - pont az egyik viadukt alatti völgyben van Schottwien és a szállás - ugyanakkor semmilyen zajt nem hallottunk a forgalom kapcsán. Az apartment tágas, 2 jól elkülönített alvóhelyiséggel.
Az említett vendéglőben csak készpénzzel lehet fizetni; így el kellett menni a 300 m-re lévő ATM-hez kp-t felvenni, ami nem a világ vége, csak kicsit furcsa élmény volt, de hát ez is Ausztria.
